Butcher and The Farmer, Tramsheds (Glebe), Sydney Inner West

✦ Tramsheds is a great place to visit for lunch or breakfast and has a good selection of places to eat, ample parking and plenty of room for kids and prams.

✦ On this occasion we wen there for breakfast at the Butcher and the Farmer.

Salmon home cured with dill, poached eggs on miche toast with rainbow chard - $22 - Their take on the traditional salmon breakfast. Taste was nice, salmon smokey, eggs poached perfectly.

Butcher’s Breakfast grilled tomato, duck and orange sausage, confit mushrooms, fried eggs, ‘Nduja and bacon with sourdough toast - $24 - The traditional 'big breakfast' option. Highlights for me where the sausage - housemade and super delicious as well as the crispy bacon strips. The Nduja was interesting and added a spicy kick.
