Kelby's, Marrickville, Sydney

Guest blogger edition

Yeapp, another Marrickville post! This place is one of my favourite places for breakfast in Marrickville. It has a real local feel about the place and the food is great too. The inside is nothing fancy, but the atmosphere is relaxed and the food is simple but delicious. It's no wonder it is always busy on the weekends.

Having usually eaten from the breakfast menu, this time I opted for the lunch menu - a steak sandwich, whilst my partner got the special of the day. Having tried a bit of both, I would say the breakfast menu is probably their strength. The steak sandwich whilst nothing bad, was nothing to rave about either. The omelette however was super yummy.

Special omelette of they (haloumi, mushrooms, chives,) with garlic toast and salad side ~$11

Steak Sandwich w/ beetroot relish, tomatoes, lettuce on turkish ~$11.50
